	Name	Description
	Alias	The alias for this tool's toolbox.
	cluster_tolerance	Cluster tolerance is the distance range in which all vertices and boundaries in a feature class are considered identical, or coincident. To minimize errors, the cluster tolerance chosen should be as small as possible, depending on the precision level of your data. By default, the minimum possible tolerance value is calculated in the units of the spatial reference of the input. (In, Optional)
	in_features	The input feature classes or layers used to create a single ArcInfo coverage, including the type of features the coverage will be composed of. (In, Required)
	out_cover	The output coverage to be created. (Out, Required)
	ParameterInfo	The parameters used by this tool. For internal use only.
	precision	The precision of the output ArcInfo coverage. (In, Optional)
	ToolboxDirectory	The directory of this tool's toolbox.
	ToolboxName	The name of this tool's toolbox.
	ToolName	The name of this tool.
