What's new in the Geocoding toolbox

Two new tools were added to the Geocoding toolbox at 10.1 to support packaging and sharing locators.

Consolidate Locator	Consolidate a locator or composite locator by copying all locators into a single folder.
Package Locator	Package a locator or composite locator to create a single compressed .gcpk file.
