Add Territory Level (Territory Design)
Summary
Tool allows adding new territory level to the selected territory hierarchy.
Usage

New Territory Level Name is optional parameter – "#" can be specified instead for read default value from ATDConfig.xml.
Syntax
AddTerritoryLevel_TD_td (in_territory_solution_layer, {in_level_name})
