080128 : Option to append fields is turned on. Input table has many fields to append to the output feature class. Cannot append more than 1,024 fields. Only first 1,024 fields will be appended to output feature class.

Description

This eror occurs when the Append fields from Geography Boundary parameter is on and Table Containing Matching Geography IDs contains too many fields.

Solution

The Table Containing Matching Geography IDs cannot be more than 1,024 fields. Reduce this input table to less than 1,024 fields and rerun the tool.
