Using a UTM zone for spatial reference

Legacy:

10.2.1 is the final release in which MPS-Atlas is available for installation. It is recommended that map series created with MPS-Atlas be moved to data driven pages. For more information, see Migrating an MPS-Atlas map book to Data Driven Pages.

You can choose to configure the spatial reference to update the coordinate system based on the area of interest location by calculating the UTM zone. When you choose the UTM Zone option, the UTM zone at the center point of the area of interest is used.

Steps:

1. Click UTM Zone in the Spatial Reference list.
2. Click Next.

   The Buffer dialog box appears.
