Making all map sheets in the series single

LegacyLegacy:

10.2.1 is the final release in which MPS-Atlas is available for installation. It is recommended that map series created with MPS-Atlas be moved to data driven pages. For more information, see Migrating an MPS-Atlas map book to Data Driven Pages.

Using the Set All Map Sheets As Single command to make the map sheets in the series single will break the link between all the map sheets and the shared map series layout, and the chain icons will disappear from the map sheets.

NoteNote:

You must use the Make Map Sheet Shared command on the map sheet shortcut menu, to change a single map sheet back to a shared one.

Steps:
  1. Start ArcMap.
  2. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > MPS Atlas.
  3. Click the MPS Atlas window button MPS Atlas window on the MPS Atlas toolbar.

    The MPS Atlas window appears.

  4. Right-click the map series and click Set All Map Sheets As Single.

All the map sheets become single and the chain icons disappear from all the map sheets.
