Registering an event offset from a point feature class

LegacyLegacy:

The Offset From a Point Feature Class event type will be replaced by a new feature in Roads and Highways event registration, which allows you to store referent and offset information for event location. This feature is available at Roads and Highways 10.2.2 Patch 1. This event type will be removed from the product at the 10.3 release.

In this type of reference offset event, an event table is registered and posted against the location of a point feature class. This event type is only available as a point event. The positive and negative offset number provides the direction of the offset with reference to the calibration of the route.
