An Overview of the Create Territory Solution Toolset

The Create Territory Solution toolset provides a set of tools to set up, modify, and manage territories in a variety of ways. Territory creation options can be performed manually, from seed points, optimal locations, centers of density and from a database.

Tool	Description
Build Territory Index	Builds a territory adjacency index for a specified feature layer which will be used as the Alignment Layer in Territory Solutions.
Create Territory Solution	Creates a new Territory Solution with one empty territory level.
Import Territory Solution	Creates a new Territory Solution based on an existing Solution and a new Alignment Layer.
