Manage user profiles

Administrators can modify the profiles of members. This includes changing the full name, descriptive information, thumbnail, password, and who can see the profile: everybody (public) or private.

Steps:
  1. Log in to the portal website as an administrator and click the My Organization link on the top menu. Your organization page opens.
  2. Click the name of the user whose profile you want to modify. The member's profile window appears in a pop-up.
  3. Click the Profile link. The user's profile page opens.
  4. Click the Edit my profile button. You can now change the user's full name, description, thumbnail, and profile visibility.
