System Requirements
ArcGIS 10.2.1 for INSPIRE components have the following system requirements.
Note:These platforms have been tested, and any compatibility issues were documented or resolved. System configurations not listed in this section may work for your ArcGIS for INSPIRE implementation; however, deploying ArcGIS for INSPIRE in an unlisted system configuration may result in unknown issues.
ArcGIS 10.2.2 for INSPIRE needs equivalent ArcGIS 10.2.2 to work; support for Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows 8.1 are added and Windows XP, Vista and Server 2003 are no longer supported.

Esri ArcSDE and Supported DBMS
For ArcSDE, the supported DBMS include:
- PostgreSQL 9.0.5 (64-bit)
- Oracle 11g 11.1.0.7 ( 64-bit)
- Oracle 11g R2 (64-bit)
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Standard edition, Enterprise edition (64-bit)
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard edition, Enterprise edition (64-bit)
Esri ArcGIS for Server
Either one of the following is supported:
- ArcGIS 10.2.1 for Server Enterprise Standard
- ArcGIS 10.2.1 for Server Enterprise Advanced
Geoportal Server Requirements
The Geoportal Server component has separate requirements for the Geoportal host system and the Geoportal end-user systems. Please see the Geoportal Preinstallation topic for important information about the Geoportal Server environment.
