Remarks
Value is a string representing the comments for the layer. These comments appear in the Information tab of the Layer Properties dialog box and are stored with the map file (.apm). In order to store comments with the layer file (*.apl), you must enter them in the Name field of the Layer Editor in ArcPad Studio.
