Occurs when a button is pressed on the rangefinder and a measurement is received by ArcPad.

Use this event to write code that performs any desired action when a button is pressed on an attached rangefinder device.
If the rangefinder triggers the capture of an offset point, ArcPad will absorb this event and will not fire an OnMeasurement event.
While the Offset dialog box is open in ArcPad, the rangefinder button used to start the offset capture will re-fill the measurement fields of the dialog box and ArcPad will absorb this event. Additional rangefinder button presses will trigger OnMeasurement events.
Any other rangefinder button presses will fire OnMeasurement events.
